But thanks to some park fans these rumors resurfaced, because there are new coaster rumors for the park, but this time about a more family oriented coaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the possible location for this family coaster could be the same as the location for that possible 3rd B&amp;M coaster, namely around the Angkor splashbattle ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Around the time Shambhala opened for the public (2012) a &#8220;park insider&#8221; told this story to the coaster community about PA having bought a 3rd B&amp;M coaster together with Shambhala. This 3rd B&amp;M coaster should have been build only a couple of years after the opening of Shambhala.<br>But it is now 2019 and nothing has happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are these B&amp;M rumors true and what model could it have been?<br>PortAventura already have a sitdown coaster (Dragon Khan) and a hypercoaster (Shambhala), so neither a floorless coaster or a gig coaster won&#8217;t happen. With Furios Baco the park also has a wingcoaster, but from Intamin instead of B&amp;M. <br>Standup coasters are out of favor with coaster fans for a couple of years now, so this one won&#8217;t be build too. And the first even B&amp;M family coaster will not be built until 2 years later. And Dive coasters aren&#8217;t a huge succes in Europe yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So the only 2 coaster models possible to be build at PortAventura around that time, are the Inverted coaster and the Flying coaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2019 a Spanish PortAventura fan made a NoLimits2 simulation of what a B&amp;M inverted coaster could look like, when located in the area around Angkor, the splashbattle ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"NAGA.
