Het hotel is gelegen aan Lord Edward Street in de Temple Bar wijk.<br>Het oorspronkelijke Parliament hotel, welke opgebouwd is uit rode baksteen is hiervoor volledig gerenoveerd en er is een nieuw, 7 verdiepingen tellend gebouw achter geplaatst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het 120 kamers tellende hotel, inclusief een Rock Shop en het Zampas restaurant staat te koop voor \u20ac80 miljoen.
